All property ads in OIP are listed by OIP member Real Estate Agents or licensed builders. Members pay our annual Membership fee ($239) plus a one time fee for each property advertised. Non-MLS agents and builders must be willing to cooperate with OIP realtors.

$25 or $35 per property, depending on who writes the ad copy
$5 each for additional pictures ($25 per property minimum) OR $10 per month unlimited pictures for all properties (do it yourself)
Other fee-based charges: additional pictures, Virtual 360 degree tours, color copies.
