The Residence Inn Portland South-Lake Oswego is located in the suburb of Lake Oswego just two tenths mile from Farmers Insurance, Nortel Networks and the Lake Oswego Mormon Temple. Downtown Portland is eight miles north of the hotel via Interstate 5. Two pets per suite are allowed with a nightly fee of USD 10 for stays of one through five nights and flat fees of USD 50-100 for stays of six nights or more based on length of stay. * Free high speed Internet access is available in all suites with wireless service in meeting space and public areas of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with fireplace and sofa bed. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one king bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed on the main level. Some penthouse suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed on the main level instead of a Murphy bed and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Studios have a cooktop stove, penthouse suites have a cooktop stove and oven. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
