 Lorane is a sleepy little town north of Drain and west of Cottage Grove. It is a close nit community with great schools in the Crow-Applegate-Lorane School District, a cute little general store, and a tiny little fire house.
The area around Lorane is used for farming and is full of rolling grassy hills and beautiful houses.
Nearby there is the King Estates Vineyard, perched on top of one of the hills, looking more like a castle than a winery. It is a testament to the beauty that is Lorane.
