You'll find the sleepy little town of Creswell Right off the 1-5 corridor. This wonderful
little town offers all the pleasures of small town living, with a dash of growth and large
town amenities. Within minutes of down town you will find yourself at a wonderful 18
hole championship golf course or one of the finest health club and spas in the area. If you
are looking for something more adventurous, try sky diving at state operated
Creswell-Hobby Airport.
Creswell's farming country is one of the most scenic in this area. Peaceful valley and
country roads tell the stories of this community. Stories of Calapooia Indians gathering
camas bulbs from the swale, fur trappers of the 1800's setting up camps, or imagine the
first pioneers arriving after a long journey on the Oregon trail.
With a population of around 3,000, and growing, Creswell's school system operates one
elementary, one middle school and a high school. The school spirit in Creswell is very
high, fueled by community support and pride.
The same pride is exhibited at their annual 4th of July parade. An all day celebration, held
in the city park offers entertainment, music, demonstrations, games, food and socializing.
Now if words like pride, spirit and community support make you smile, Creswell is your
kind of town.
